Athenian shoegazers Sugar For The Pill will drop their second full-length Luv next Friday, and last week they offered up their third preview of the record with the soaring “Cherry Blossom” and corresponding, architecturally-inspired video. Said the band of the song and visuals:
This song explores that tender instant when something ends, yet a new season quietly begins, like spring after winter… The accompanying music video, shot in abandoned buildings across Athens and New York, echoes the song’s themes of wandering through lost moments and cities that shift and fade – a tribute to the places that shape us.
