I’m not a huge podcast guy, but when an hour-long conversation between Mission Of Burma’s Clint Conley and Roger Miller, and Gang Of Four’s Jon King and Hugo Burnham – hosted by Chavez’s Matt Sweeney – comes on your radar, you stop what you’re doing and listen.

It’s part of Matador Records’ Revisionist History series, which pairs up artists from their roster in conversation, and this gathering of post-punk heavyweights on the occasion of the 40th anniversaries of Solid Gold and Signals, Calls and Marches respectively, is fascinating listening.
