I like a little bit of online synchronicity as much as the next guy – probably more – but the way this post lines up with my first one on Okayama’s 揺れるは幽霊 – or yureruwayurei – is pretty funny. That one chose to showcase「鯨骨群衆」off their debut EP mnemeoid from earlier this year, and was able to come up with an official video for the song along with a demo version squirrelled away on a Soundcloud and a couple of live clips courtesy of Angel’s Channel.

The band just released a new single, and while there’s no video (yet), just a stream, there’s also a demo version which appears on both their Soundcloud and opens the 幽霊計画.demo mini-album on their Bandcamp, and two live performances of the song from Angel’s Channel – while one is from a different gig as used in the previous post (March 21 at La Mama in Tokyo vs March 9 at Stiff Slack in Nagoya), the other is not only the same in-store at Mona Records in Toyko, it’s the same video as I posted before, just for the second song featured in the clip. Does any of this actually matter? Absolutely not, but I found it interesting.

Anyway – new yureruwayurei song! Unless you’ve been devouring all their demo and live material in which case it’s an old song, but a new/official version thereof.
